AVENIR GALLERY SHIPPING POLICY

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Avenir Gallery is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

AVENIR GALLERY PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

All pre-order items are made to order and are not available for immediate shipment. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production, followed by 2–3 business days for processing and shipping preparation.

Once your order is ready to ship, tracking information will be sent via email or text. Please keep in mind that production and shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays.
